Enjoyed our stay in the spacious bungalow/cottage...superb views and nice touch the welcoming pack - the cul-de-sac location mean't it was extremely quiet and the accomodation was nice and toasty warm - absolutely no complaints and Thank you to our hosts. Walking into town was a 20 mins or so easy downhill stroll....course that does make for an uphill walk back if chosen...we used the bus service for the return leg that dropped us off on McCaig Road (the one that went to Soroba...may have been the no 1 or 417??...there was a bus stop just round from the accomodation however we could not work it out and one of the bus drivers did say the number of the bus went to 3 different loacations) with a short sharp climb up back to the accomodation via Nant Drive...no fault of the accomodation owner and to be fair it helped work off the delicious haddock suppers available down in the town! Overall...we would throughly recommend this accomodation, the location and generally the Oban area.

Great view of Oban, don’t need tv just watch the boats sailing in and out. Quiet street with friendly neighbours. Everything for an enjoyable stay, comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen.

Kiloran has the most wonderful views from the lounge/diner and kitchen. 180 degrees of beautiful scenery and the ferries coming and going into Oban from the isles.A really sociable layout in the house with afternoon/evening sun on the garden and patio (which is enclosed enough for most dogs) Lots of kitchen equipment if you wish to cook. Comfy beds. Clean.Highly recommended. My only thoughts for improvement would be a stronger extractor fan in the en-suite as when the weather is damp it’s very difficult to air the bedroom. If you open the window it’s a security risk because of the size. I found the bedroom always a little damp and too early in the year for the heating to go on.I forgot my binoculars and would have loved some in the house to totally enjoy the view.
