Oven was filthy, no comfortable seating. No garden furniture, even though there waa plenty room for it & it was July! Excellent location in Oban though!

We had a great holiday but it was overshadowed with location, set in trees, no prior warning of this, a few maintenance issues needed attended too, (loose door handles/window handles, light bulbs out, whb loose, wc seat loose, inside of cutlery tray was a wee bit dirty, some drawers to bedroom furniture stuck or the bases had dropped; but we accommodated them. The LR was sparse; We spent most of our family time in the kitchen/breakfast bar area which was the brightest room in the house. A bit TLC to areas other than the kitchen would improve the property
