Taynuilt is a quaint village, home to a popular tea room perfect if you want a night off cooking, whilst a well-stocked grocer provides all the essentials. One of Taynuilt’s most popular attractions is the Bonawe Iron Furnace, the most complete charcoal fuelled ironworks in Britain while there is also a 9-hole golf club set overlooking the Loch Etive, perfect for those avid golfers. The village sits at the foot of Ben Cruachan between Loch Etive and Loch Awe, providing a stunning backdrop for walks and hikers. Really lovely apartment in a very quiet location. Everything was spotlessly clean with a nice welcome pack of goodies on arrival. Bedrooms are cosy but the lounge/dining room/kitchen is very spacious area to relax in. Would certainly recommend. The pub mentioned in the description has been shut for the last 2 years following a fire and should be removed from the description.

Red squirrels and birds on the garden feeders, peaceful Lochan in back garden with Little Grebes and other birds, Loch Etive a short walk away - great for evening strolls. Other walks from the door.
