This was our second visit to Aldersyde and we can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a home from home experience, with an excellently equipped kitchen. The house was spotlessly clean. The bottle of wine on arrival was the perfect start to our holiday. The sitting room is lovely and cosy and the games room & toy room are a welcome bonus. The outdoor area is great with the playhouse and hot tub. Aldersyde is in a beautiful location and if you enjoy the outdoors you won’t be bored here. Lovely little shops and cafes near by too.

Fantastic house in a fantastic setting. If you’re looking for a place to relax with peace, quiet and amazing views this is perfect. It is a drive to any of the nearby hot spots like a lovely beach or Benmore botanic garden which are both amazing. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

We spent a fabulous week here, the house is beautiful with everything you need. We loved the pool table and great selection of board games. The garden terrace is great to relax and gets the sun all day. The views from the house are stunning. We took a paddle board and kayak and spent time in the water. There's a premier shop in the town, or a village store in Kames 5 mins further that has a good selection of food and drink. We got a Fish & Chip takeaway from Tide &Thyme on the Friday which was nice. Rosie was a great host with great communication. I would definitely return here, thank you! ❤️
