There is a spar opposite and places to eat within 5 mins. walk. Right across the road there are nice woodland walks, that go on for miles. A lovely relaxing holiday.

For two people this is great. Being in the middle of Gatehouse there were a lot of options for eating out or just having a coffee. It also gives you access to a beautiful part of Scotland.
