It is also really quiet, not something you'd think being next to the road. Almost everything you could want or need, which many other lets forget or don't include, is there already. The boiler took a couple of days to get used to as it was quite loud, in such a quiet place, at 7am and the towels could have been bigger but these were nothing to spoil our holiday. The property is only the 2nd at Sykes we have stayed at which is accurately listed and really clean and comfortable. Lovely little welcome pack, including some milk to help you make a cuppa on arrival. Colin and Vicky have made this a home from home!
