Of course, a must for the golfers in the family is a round of golf on Southerness Golf Course, a championship links course, set amidst the natural beauty and character by the sea. Comfortable cottage great location with some good fishing from the beach only blemish was a stain on the centre cushion of three seater settee and no can opener also no emergency contact number for doctors etc or owner.There is now a can opener which we left for the next. Occupants

Excellent cottage stayed for 7 nights had everything we needed and was a good base for exploring the area. Only issue is one of the tees on the golf course is next to the garden wall so you have a few nosey golfers but overall great accommodation.

Although jura was spacious bedrooms fine we cooked a Christmas dinner in kitchen previous reviews stated no measuring jug which is essential there was no fire safety equipment which was also mentioned by previous review jura was heated very well .it states what is included in the house but we should be made aware of what is not eg no hand towels just one in bathroom. you need your own for hygiene purpose never had it happen before only half a toilet roll if we had known before we would have brought some when doing shop .we have been to Scotland 29 times and never come across this no problem bringing your own once you know there wasn't any shops.open so had to ask a neighbour if they had a spare one
