Sand View is a detached bungalow which has been completely refurbished in 2021. It is comfortable and cosy, and has the most stunning views over the Solway Firth. Sand View is the perfect place to enjoy this much loved coastal resort in beautiful south west Scotland.
From the conservatory you can sit and relax taking in the uninterrupted view of the Solway Coast.
The coastal village of Southerness has undoubtedly some of the most outstanding views of the Solway Firth to the English Lake District. Explore the beach and the striking white landmark of the lighthouse, built in 1749, or challenge yourself on the championship golf course.

What fantastic place, it has it all. Very clean comfortable, quiet location and the sea view was simply stunning. Southerness is a great place to stay, and doubt there are many places better than this refurbished cottage to call home, even if it is only temporary.

We had a a wonderful week at Sand View. We had everything we needed, every kitchen utensil was provided, comfortable beds, the best shower we’ve had in a holiday home and a view we could never tire of from the conservatory where we spent each morning and evening. It was spotlessly clean and Tony was on hand if ever we needed him. The welcome goodies were also much appreciated. It was also reassuring that the garden was fully enclosed so our dog could come in and out as she pleased. We would highly recommend Sand View and hope to return.

Had a nice relaxing stay with great views across the bay if you wanted to peace and quiet this is the place. While it didn't bother me but in most holiday let's they have a information folder with places to visit plus emergency numbers For doctors, vets etc. But other wise a great place
