We love Kippford Stables it's ideal location and cosy feel is great. The only thing we would suggest is work on the outside areas as they are a bit tired. This however doesn't spoil a great place to stay. We spent most time on shell beach a 10 min walk from front door. Kippford Stables is very central and everything is on the doorstep, pubs, cafe, RNLI shop, lovely coves, and numerous walks. I would highly recommend the property and will look forward to returning soon.

Another great stay at Kippford Stables. A lovely cottage with great amenities. It's very near to Dumfries, Castle Douglas and Dalbeattie, the lovely town of Kirkcudbright is a bit more of a journey, but well worth it. The booking process with Discover Scotland was easy and very smooth.

Another lovely holiday at the Kippford Stables. The accommodation is very comfortable and comes with it's own parking bay. There are plenty of places to visit that are nearby Dalbeattie and Castle Douglas are both within a short drive if you want to go further, then Dumfries and Kirkcudbright are both worth a visit.
