A lovely warm comfortable lodge with everything you need inside it. Just 3 miles from Kirkcudbright where there is a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants. Ideal if you have a dog as the lodge has a large wrap round garden and there are walks close by.The host is extremely helpful and responds to any messages immediately.This is the kind of accommodation that you keep going back to if travelling again in the area. Highly recommended.

warm and cozy with everything we needed provided, one of the cleanest and best equipped holiday properties we have stayed at. We arrived in the middle of Storm Amy and there was some rain getting in the back door but honestly the storm was so bad I suspect anywhere would be the same, we had a lovely week, the owners were very helpful and we would definitely stay there again

A lovely, comfortable holiday cottage surrounded by glorious countryside. A great place to relax and chillout. Quite close to both Kirkcudbright and Castle Douglas with plenty of options for both coastal and country walking. We’d definitely look to book again if visiting Galloway.
