Hot tub (private, £30 per booking October-April). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children. There are 3 steps to the decked area. This property has a security deposit of £120 and a natural water supply from a well.

There is a winter fuel supplement of £50 and Hot Tub supplement of £30.00 payable in cash on arrival for bookings between October and April inclusive. The £80 must be handed over in cash on arrival only please.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
No children or babies allowed.
A £120 security deposit is payable on, or prior to arrival by card, cash or bacs. The amount will be returned to the client following inspection of the property and that check out time has been adhered to.

Great place to stay for a bit of rest and relaxation. The Orangerie is really comfortable with added luxuries and a view to die for. Easy travelling to lots of things to see and do, and Ruby and Vincent are fantastic hosts who are there for everything you need without intruding on your holiday time. Highly recommend.
