Set in a wonderful location, Southerness Holiday Park is right on the edge of the beach, offering stunning sea views across the Solway Firth. Take a stroll on the sands, head into the local area and explore pretty market towns or stay on park for fabulous fun.
You’ll find loads to get involved in on park from our action-packed swimming pool, mini golf course and our adventure playground. With plenty of exciting facilities, kids clubs, and family-friendly entertainment, you’ll be sure to keep the family entertained. And after an action-packed day, you’ll find plenty of food choices, from a tasty meal in the Coast Bar & Restaurant to a takeaway back in your cosy accommodation.
When you’re not splashing, playing and scampering along Southerness’ golden beach, you’ll want to get out and explore a region renowned for its natural beauty and unforgettable sights. Dumfries, a market town characterised by its quaint alleyways, pretty riverside location and links to Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, is only a short drive away. If the kids love meeting animals they’re in for a treat, both Mabie Farm Park and Dalscone Farm Fun offer the chance to pet and feed farmyard favourites!
