We were swapped from a lodge to the bungalow due to maintenance issues at the lodge we had been allocated. we were told that this was an upgrade with a price difference of approximately £1400 but the price we paid would be honoured. On the surface the accommodation was lovely, light warm, sea view from the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was attended to twice daily. Just needed some upkeep here and there paintwork damaged in places en suite toilet seat moving around, and the shower head held up by elastic which fell off as soon as you moved it. Some of the crockery was not clean, cups with tea stains and a casserole dish very greasy.
