Bright, comfortable flat. Good location parking not to bad and good shower.However there are numerous issues with this flat that need looked at. To mention a fewNo washing machine, fridge too small, noise from the street, needs double glazing. Bins are a nuisance as have to go to near Co-Op.Needs curtain or blind in double bedroom and front door at night.I would go back is some things where fixed or changed.

A homely, spacious apartment with a superb location; views to the sea, with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops within yards plus the bus stop only a minute away. Contact with the owner was regular and timely and she was very proactive in getting a new hairdryer to us when the old one broke.
