The fully refurbished accommodation is beautifully presented and comprises an open plan ground floor area, combining a living room with Smart TV, a dining table with seating for up to six. This leads up to a well-equipped kitchen, ideal for family get togethers.
There is a boot room and toilet just off the kitchen. This leads out into an enclosed courtyard and then through the gate up to a decked terrace with table and seating. A generous sized shed is available for storing bicycles (with electricity for charging of e-bikes) and hooks for storing sports equipment. Parking for three cars is to the rear of the garden.
Stairs from the living area to the first-floor landing leads to the family bathroom and three bedrooms. The master at the back has an en-suite shower and sink. Kilconquhar and Elie, nestled in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife, offer a delightful blend of culinary and recreational experiences.
Kilconquhar boasts the historic Kilconquhar Castle Estate, providing not only accommodation but also leisure facilities like tennis courts and an equestrian centre for pony treks through the countryside.
There is an award winning restaurant located just a short walk away from Struan. This is a 17th-century pub and restaurant which champions great food in an intimate setting. Recently awarded ’Best Local Restaurant in Scotland’ by The Good Food Guide.
Elie Beach, a short distance away, is perfect for a leisurely day out with its stunning views and opportunities for water sports.

Lovely stay in Kilconquhar with a great location for exploring the Fife coast easy acces to all the nearby coastal towns and beaches. The house was well equipped and had thoughtful extras that werent even listed, like a hairdryer, which was appreciated. Also worth noting for coffee drinkers: theres a Nespreso machine that uses the newer style capsules, which can be a little tricky to find locally, so best to bring some with you!

Excellent location very handy for woodland walks with the dog ,local pub/restaurant serves delicious food and bit pricey but worth it for well cooked local food. Would have been handy to have instructions for some of the kitchen appliances & information for small local shops hours for some basic essentialsHowever the cottage was very comfortable & well equipped. Geographically handy for the east neck but away from the biz.
