The park will require a security deposit of £200 to be held against your card prior to arrival. This will usually be processed on the day of arrival but may be processed any time up to 48 hours prior to arrival. The amount held will be released within one week but usually the day after departure. Your security deposit is required in case there is any damage to your lodge during your stay. In addition, management reserve the right to withhold your security deposit if you cause noise disturbance that interferes with the enjoyment of other lodge guests.

I would not hesitate to return, but not in lodge five and six. Location excellent. We had wasps nests in the lodges. Two in lodge five and one in lodge six. This made it very unpleasant to sit out on the patio. Maintainance did manage to help with one. However, the one in lodge five was under the eaves in the single bedroom, which meant we were unable to open the bedroom windows. On what turned out to be the hottest night of the year, we had to make do wth everyone in lodge five sleeping downstairs where it was cooler. The nest in lodge six could not be accesed and again because we had children in this lodge the bedroom widnows could not be opened.
