The house is peaceful, very comfortable and spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything from a dishwasher and a good cooker to smart tv, washing machine and drier. We would happily stay there again and recommend it

We had to report that the extractor hood was filthy on arrival resulting in us having to clean it before use. It had clearly not been cleaned for some time. We later found the oven was also not clean. I texted the ranger to report it but did not receive a reply so contacted Sykes directly. Helen was great and reported the issues raised. Appropriate compensation was received. Otherwise house very comfortable and well equipped.
