Boasting beautiful views and off-road parking for four cars, this delightful home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a serene escape amidst stunning natural landscapes. Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious double bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for those who prefer fewer stairs. On the first floor, discover three more double bedrooms, each boasting a TV for your entertainment and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC for your convenience. A twin bedroom also graces this floor with its own en-suite facilities, ensuring all guests have a pleasant and private space to retreat to after a day of exploration. The heart of the home is undoubtedly the well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining room. This space is flooded with natural light from the patio doors, which lead out to the garden, inviting the outside in. A utility room houses a washing machine and dishwasher, adding a touch of convenience to your stay. The sitting room, with its inviting woodburning stove and TV, offers a welcoming space to relax and unwind. Patio doors open out onto the garden, allowing you to enjoy the stunning loch views from the comfort of the sofa. Outside, the property boasts a non-enclosed lawn and patio area with furniture, perfect for soaking up the stunning loch views. A side-decked terrace provides an additional space for alfresco dining or simply enjoying a morning coffee. For those bringing outdoor equipment, there is ample storage available in the lockable garage. Venture towards the village's centre, where you can purchase unique souvenirs or hand-crafted local goods at Crafts & Things. If you’re a walking enthusiast, the Glencoe Lochan Trail is a must, boasting serene loch views and tranquil forest paths. For a more historical viewpoint, follow the famous Camino Signal Rock, intertwined with stories of the 18th century Jacobite Rebellion. The Glencoe Folk Museum awaits history buffs, offering a glimpse into local heritage, whereas the Ballachulish Bridge leads you towards the majestic Loch Leven View Point - an ideal place for those seeking picture-perfect shots. Explore the natural beauty of Ballachulish Peninsula, before ending your day at the Ballachulish Visitor Centre, discovering more about the region's geology at The Quarry Centre, or enjoy waterfront dining at Cuil Seafood, serving mouth-watering dishes using the local catch of the day. Experience all of this and more during your stay at Callart View.

The peaceful village of Glencoe sits at the western end of Loch Leven and boasts a scattering of houses as well as a small museum, shop and an Inn offering excellent food and refreshments. A popular centre for hill-walkers, climbers and holidaymakers alike, the surrounding area hosts a variety of activities, including many great walking opportunities and an abundance of wildlife not to be missed! Take a trip to the National Trust Visitor Centre to discover the story of the infamous Glencoe Massacre. Travel north across the Ballachulish Bridge towards Fort William and you will pass the Corran Ferry over to the unspoilt Ardnamurchan Peninsula. In Fort William you could take a gondola trip at Nevis Range or drive westwards to the Isles and visit Glenfinnan, where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard to rally the clans. You will also find the Glenfinnan viaduct, memorably captured in the Harry Potter films. Alternatively you could follow the coastal route south towards Oban along the shores of Loch Linnhe to Kinlochlaich Gardens, Barcaldine Castle or the Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary, where rescued seals are nursed back to health before being returned to the wild. A fantastic location for all the family!
