Terra Verde is a modern detached single storey house located in a quiet no through lane on the outskirts of the lovely village of Beauly. It has uninterrupted views over open farmland and the hills beyond. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars. The property sits in a generous plot with a large garden laid to lawn, with a patio area and table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining.
The property is generously proportioned with large open plan living area with patio doors to the garden with spectacular uninterrupted views of the countryside, comfy sofas and a Smart TV, the dining area has a dining table to seat six. A large modern fully equipped kitchen completes this area, with substantial cupboard space, double oven, peninsular unit with electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, Smart TV, ample storage, en-suite with shower cubicle, wash basin, and toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed, ample storage and a Smart TV. The final bedroom is a twin room with bedside tables, lamps and ample storage. Beauly village is only half a mile from the property and offers supermarkets, a selection of local shops including butchers, bakers, chemist and post office, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Beauly has a train station, the River Beauly popular for fishing and there is a golf course in nearby Muir of Ord. The area has plenty of stunning walks and trails close by with wildlife and spectacular scenery. A trip up the glen to Cannich and Tomich will reward you with breath taking waterfalls, wonderful views and an array of wildlife. Inverness the capital of the Highlands is just 20 minutes’ drive away. Terre Verde is the perfect base for exploring the area and the Highlands, the property and the area will not disappoint. Would highly recommend this cottage we had an excellent time there. The cottage itself is of very high standard with all the furnishings & fittings. Also underfloor heating which was excellent the place was so cosy. Overall definitely a 5 out of 5!We were up from Aberdeen, there were 5 of us staying in the cottage which had ample space.

We had an amazing Christmas ! The bungalow has been done to a very high standard. Alan and Isobel have thought of everything to make this home the perfect place to stay. Such a beautiful place to visit. Our favourite was the highland cows and the waterfalls. Looking to book again next year but unfortunately they are already booked.
