We booked Rowan Cottage through cottages.com. The cottage itself is beautiful and very spacious. The garden at the side and rear of the cottage is lovely, and there is plenty of seating outside. We saw a good selection of birds that come to the feeders, including a greater spotted woodpecker.The cottage had all the amenities that we could need, and it was in a perfect location in a quiet cul-de-sac. We loved the location as it is near to the Cairngorms National Park and Aviemore, so there was plenty to see and do.

What a lovely cottage for visiting the Highlands. Have all the room we needed and it had all the comforts of home. Close to everything we wanted to see. Would highly recommend!!

Comfortable, warm, spotlessly clean, well equipped welcoming cottage. Great base for visiting all surrounding villages and towns. Carrbridge has very welcoming hotels, cafe and shop and variety of woodland walks. Perfect for our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5th holiday at Rowan cottage and hope to return again soon.
