Bathroom 2: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet.  Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and broadband included.  Initial logs for wood burner included.  Travel cot supplied on request.  Highchair and stairgate.  Welcome pack. .  Enclosed lawned garden with decking and garden furniture.  Electric car charging point, at cost.  Private parking for 3 cars.  No smoking.  Please note: This property has a natural water supply from a spring. .  Knocknahighle is a hidden gem of a holiday cottage found down its own track in the north east of the Cairngorms National Park.  It is only 5 miles from Grantown-on-Spey and a walk away from the River Spey.  The cottage sits pride of place looking down the valley on Wester Lethendry Farm, which covers the lower and upper hill ground in this area.  Entering the property there is a vestibule area with lots of space for boots and coats, ideal to get rid of muddy gear after a long day exploring the National Park.  From the hallway, the kitchen/dining room is off to the left and is triple-aspect so enjoys lots of light, and the patio doors leading onto the large decking area are a great feature.  From the dining space you have fantastic views down the valley across open fields.  There’s comfortable garden furniture on the decking, so you can enjoy long evenings outside relaxing in a tr. . .
