Black Rock cottage is just outside Culbokie, on the north side of the Black Isle. Just a few minutes’ walk or very short drive to the village where there is a small grocery store, post office and pub with restaurant. Inverness is the nearest city and is a 15-minute drive, the market town of Dingwall is 3 miles away, around a 10-minute drive.

Was really lovely. Very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The place was warm and homely. Ample parking for 2 cars. Everything we needed was available. Highly recommended and will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Black Rock cottage is an excellent holiday cottage. It is very comfortable in all aspects. The Kitchen is very well equipped, good parking, great segmented garden. The cottage is in a superb location, nice and quiet. wonderful views of woodland, farmland and when we stayed snow capped mountains. And as for the owner (Stella) what a treasure, made us feel welcome and at home Thank You. We most definitely will be staying at Black Rock Cottage again. We highly recommend this cottage
