Well equipped and comfortable holiday home. Quiet location about a mile from Dornoch itself. There is a wood that is ideal for exercising your dog a further mile down the road. There is access to the bay through the local caravan park although cows can be an obstacle.Dornoch itself is charming and tidy with some good shops. The area is a good base to explore the nearby highlands. Can recommend “The Pier” in Lairg for lunch.

Great location with plenty of space. Plenty of things to do with only a short distance away. Couple of dog hairs left from previous guests on the couch however didn’t really bother us. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

We had a fantastic week and the cottage was so comfortable and clean. The view from the garden was lovely. The local village had everything you would need from shops, takeaways, pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and area to stay. We did some of the NC500 route which was magnificent and visited John O Groats which is well worth a visit. The enclosed garden was excellent for our dog. He was very happy.
