Situated close to Loch Leven, Carness West was built to take full advantage of the breathtaking mountain views, with first floor panoramic windows and doors leading to two spacious balconies. Despite its seclusion, the house is ideally located for all outdoor activities including hill walking, climbing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, skiing, fishing and kayaking. There is an abundance of wildlife to be seen in this stunning location. Locally there are craft shops, tea rooms and a visitor centre. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

An excellent escape from it all. The accommodation was comfortable, well equipped and surrounded by stunning scenery, with an abundance of local wildlife right on the doorstep. A wonderfully peaceful place to switch off, slow down and enjoy the Highlands. We’d happily return

House was spacious and very well equipped. Stunning views all round and a lovely little walk down to loch. Amenities close by in Ballachulish (5 minute drive). Plenty to do in area.
