The Townhouse in Inverness is praised for its fantastic location and spaciousness, both inside and out. Guests appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, the proximity to local amenities, and the property's suitability for long stays without the need for a car. While there are some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, the property is generally seen as a comfortable and convenient base for exploring the area.
Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property to be clean and well-maintained, while others reported cleanliness issues and a damp smell. The presence of bugs in the beds was a significant concern for one guest.
The location is highly praised for being central, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transport links, making it an ideal spot for guests to explore Inverness.
Guests found the home comfortable and suitable for long stays, with a nice garden and spacious rooms. However, the presence of bugs and a damp smell affected the comfort level for some.
The property is well-equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and necessary accessories. However, one guest had issues with a potato masher, and another noted a lack of essential cleaning supplies, indicating some room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
While one guest mentioned receiving a bottle of bubbly and some basic provisions, it is not clear if this is a standard practice or a one-off gesture. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed that such gifts will be provided to all guests.

Had a great break in Inverness staying at the townhouse. Great location right in the heart of the city. Good value for money. Well stocked kitchen. Nice big room all very clean. We were lucky that the weather was sunny so was able to make use of the garden chairs to enjoy drinks in the open air.

The beds were infested with bugs. The en-suite bathroom not being properly cleaned (dirty toilet and mats). A persistent damp smell throughout the property. The absence of basic welcome provisions (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, etc.), which we had received in other holiday rentals. A lack of esential cleaning supplies such as dishwasher tablets, washing liquid and shower gels.
