Kevin and Sharon, our hosts, were fantastic! Friendly and helpful - Kevin was very patient with me, when we arrived in the dark and I needed directions - I called and he was only to happy to assist - especially as I called a second time! Wonderful facilities, amazing hosts - and breath-taking scenery. The perfect location.

A warm welcome when arrived late. Kevin was always on hand if needed. Great seeing red squirrels playing right outside the kitchen window, numerous birds and deer. Ideally positioned for walks from the cottage without the car. Cottage was very well insulated and hardly any need for heating. If you want a comfortable cottage for two and a dog, near wildlife and silence, you cannot go wrong.

Beautiful position, ideal for relaxing and walking in the forest. We enjoyed all the birds on the feeders and the antics of the red squirrels kept us amused. It is in a good position for exploring the area with the added bonus of the welcoming owners. We had to leave early due to medical reasons but we will certainly return in the near future. Highly recommended.
