It is a good base to explore all parts of the island which has so much to offer for the outdoor enthusiast; hill walking, fishing, boat trips, kayaking, pony trekking as well as the opportunity to discover the many craft/art galleries for a more relaxing time and to be awestruck by the dramatic scenery, so come and enjoy! A stunning house and great location. 10 minutes from Dunvegan, 30 from Portree and 45 from Broadford. Nothing in the (walkable) area in terms of shop or restaurants but that was partly why we booked it!We had a wonderful break - even if the weather wasn't kind to us. House stayed nice and warm - fireplace a huge bonus. Ralph was so helpful when we had a problem with the hot water.Would definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Skye.

Great property, me and my husband loved it and our dog was very happy with the amount of space. Kitchen is very well equipped, we loved the little tv room upstairs it was great for a night time chill.In a very good location to explore the rest of the island. We loved walking to the shore at the back of the property and doing some rock pooling. Make sure to stand outside when it’s a clear night as the stars are amazing 🤩
