Portree is the main town for shopping, with many restaurants, craft shops, boat trips, swimming pool and a climbing wall. Aros Visitor Centre has various live performances and a cinema. The Island has much to offer the outdoor enthusiast with walking for all levels. Enjoy coastal walks, boat trips, fishing, kayaking, pony trekking and mountain biking. There are many places to visit such as Museum of Island Life, Dunvegan Castle ,Clan Donald Centre and Talisker Distillery. Beach 20 yards. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 100 yards.

The location is stunning. The cottage is very clean, well furnished, light and spacious.All local amenities are close by , but the cottage feels very peaceful and quiet and far from the town, even though it is actually very close.I would thoroughly recommend it.
