Guests adore 7 Greep for its stunning, remote location on the Isle of Skye, offering tranquillity and breathtaking views. The cottage is praised for its cosiness, well-equipped kitchen, and the warmth provided by the wood burner. The charm of the property and its surroundings has led to repeat visits and recommendations.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests finding it clean and well-kept. However, there are suggestions for a deeper clean, indicating room for improvement in this area.
The location is highly praised for its beauty and seclusion, offering guests a peaceful retreat with spectacular views. Its remoteness is seen as a positive aspect, contributing to the overall experience.
The cottage is described as cosy and comfortable, with large comfy beds and a warm atmosphere, especially when the wood burner is in use. Some guests mention insufficient heating in certain areas, slightly lowering the score.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-stocked kitchen and good-quality fixtures. However, there are reports of maintenance issues such as non-working underfloor heating and the need for additional logs, which affects the score.
While guests appreciate the well-equipped cottage and the provision of firewood, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under the category of thoughtfulness. Therefore, this score is set to null.

The cottage is in a stunning location, located down a long bumpy path on its own peninsula. There are no other buildings within possibly half a mile, with stunning views out onto the loch. The fixtures and fittings are of good quality and the cottage is well maintained and warm despite the fact we caught the worst of the Scottish weather whilst we were there. A small welcome basket of some description would have been appreciated given how far we are from civilisation. We came prepared because we've stayed in locations like this before but that might catch some visitors out.If you're visiting during the winter months, you'll definitely need to visit the little garage up the road to buy additional sacks of logs.I'd definitely stay here again and it's highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful & relaxing stay at this charming & luxurious cottage. Arriving by sunset was something else & watching the sunrise show through the big windows every morning was absolutely spectacular! We found there was absolutely everything we could possibly need, & it was beautifully clean, tastefully & thoughtfully decorated. We so loved watching the birds & looking for shells on the peninsular around the cottage, & it was so nice to “come home” to every day after some epic adventures around the island.I noticed in some of the other reviews that there were complaints about the pot holes & wifi so I just wanted to respond & say, we found the drive down to the cottage was totally fine if we took it slow, & the WiFi was also acceptable for light use - but I’d say this is the place to get away from tech really, it was just what we needed!
