The cottage was in lovely peaceful surroundings, with good sized garden. There were 4 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and one family bathroom, also a sauna. It was also easy to find with your sat-nav and instructions given by the owner. The owner also came across to say hello on arrival. For groceries you do need to drive out, the nearest is the Spar at Spean bridge and then fort William, that is also where the nearest petrol station is. The Roy bridge train station is within walking distance and we caught the train to Mallaig there, which goes through Glenfinnan and over the viaduct. The cottage itself was lovely with plenty of room and having so many bathrooms made it so easy when all getting ready in the morning. My family and I would go back there in the future. Of all the places we looked at, in and around the area, it was the best priced especially for what you get. Just one little thing a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival would have been great to make a coffee after a long journey, but that for us was the only tiny fault in an other wise lovely house, and enjoyable holiday.

Excellent bungalow. Great to have 4 bathrooms! Worked really well for us. Only slight downside is their is little space to all sit down together for a meal. Some can sit at the table and some on the kitchen "bar" so can accomodate but a little fragmented. Overall though a great place to stay.
