Guests praise its comfortable beds, secure garden, and proximity to local amenities and scenic attractions. The property is pet and family friendly, with attentive owners and a peaceful atmosphere. While some aspects could benefit from updating and a deeper clean, the overall experience is highly positive, making it an excellent base for exploring the Highlands.

Most guests found the cottage clean and tidy, though a few noted areas needing a deeper clean, such as bedrooms, kitchen cupboards, and light maintenance. Pet hair was occasionally mentioned but considered understandable in a pet-friendly property.

The location is highly praised for its stunning views, peaceful setting, and easy access to the village, local shops, and scenic attractions like Applecross and Skye.

Guests consistently mention comfortable beds, spacious living areas, and a cosy atmosphere. Some noted minor issues with worn furniture and noise from the boiler, but overall comfort remains a strong point.

The cottage is described as very well equipped, with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and secure garden. Some maintenance issues were noted, such as worn furniture, light bulbs, and dated outdoor furniture, but these did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Several guests appreciated thoughtful touches such as tea, coffee, milk, and a bottle of wine on arrival, though these are not guaranteed. The owner is described as helpful and responsive, contributing to a welcoming stay.
