This stunning architect-designed house will appeal to families and groups wishing to enjoy the ultimate beach holiday. The main living room is on the first floor. It has its own balcony, maximizing the stunning panoramic views across the sea and along the sandy beach. There are four generously proportioned bedrooms (three with en-suite facilities, and a separate family bathroom). The spacious master bedroom also has a dressing room. The downstairs kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with all modern appliances and the dining room is separate. Balintore and the adjoining seaside village of Shandwick are completely unspoilt and provide idyllic seaside holidays without the crowds. Dolphins, seals, porpoises and a wide variety of seabirds are seen in the locality. The village has a local store, pub, café and restaurant, all within a short walk from the property. Further facilities are available in the nearby town of Tain.

Great property and Great location. Everything you need has been catered for.Great views plenty parking spaces.We all loved it and will book again.Showers all Great. Hot water and heating brilliant. Reported a problem with the upstairs tv. And a problem with a toilet roll holder in the downstairs toilet to keep ourselves right. To D. Vass the contact. Never heard anything back. However we were not there to watch TV. And the one downstairs was fine. However my mum liked to watch TV upstairs and take in the amazing view she is 91.

We had a fantastic few days just after New year. It was beautifully snowy. The house was a perfect base to explore the local area, even though we didn't go far. Stunning sun rises, walks, runs and xc skiing on the beach, swims in the harbour and walks along the coast. The house was always a warm and safe haven to get back to.
