Visit the 13th-century ruins of Elgin Cathedral or sample whiskies from the local distilleries or the famous Gordon and MacPhail’s shop in the town centre – this is after all on the Whisky Trail. Golfers are well rewarded with a good selection of courses within a 20-mile radius of the village, including Garmouth, Kingston and Maverston, all within a very short drive of the property.
