We had a lovely time in your comfortable and well-equipped cottage.A little snag, a bedside lamp not working, was attended to and replaced promptly.

The cottage is a home from home. Everything that you need is there. The cottage has been fitted out to a very high standard. One thing to note is that the toilet and shower are on the ground floor. There is a parking area to the side of the property which makes parking easy. We would recommend staying here.

A very special cottage in a great location within the village of Portknockie. The owners have given a great deal of thought regarding what visitors are looking for in a holiday rental.We particularly appreciated the quality of the furnishings which were contemporary and very comfortable. One criticism is that the bath towels were small and we would have preferred bath sheets. We would definitely recommend Jock McMuffin cottage and we’re already looking at a return visit!
