Plenty of space, with three well sized bedrooms. What looks like a newly installed bath and shower room was lovely. The kitchen is a great size with a big table for meals or playing holiday games with family and friends. The location is ideal with everything relatively close by - beach, coastal walks, Cullen town and a great ice cream shop.

2nd visit , very clean and comfortable in a great area of Scotland

It’s a good size to comfortably sleep 6 guests with a large kitchen and dining table. The upstairs double room was really comfortable. I stayed at the end of the season so there were a few maintenance jobs to be done, but had good comms from the owner on this matter.
