Gorgeous uninterrupted view of Covesea Lighthouse directly from the front of the van. Excellent location on park - very close to the beach approx. 180m and you are there. Far enough away from the entertainment that you cannot hear any complex noise in the evenings. Lots to do in surrounding areas and towns - golf, swimming, fishing, boat trips. The beach is divine and just a 4 minute stroll from the property.

Full bedding is provided for your stay including full bed linen (Please let us know if you intend to use the extra sofa bed so we can ensure that extra bedding is provided for your stay). Please bring from home, your own towels for use throughout the stay, including bath towels and beach towels. Shower blocks are on the site also if you wish to make use of these (opens seasonally). There is also a shower within the accommodation as well of course.

Free of charge amenities include an on site play park and football turf to burn off some energy. Shop and chip shop are situated on site also! Bar and restaurant on site – Passes required for evening access to bar area. Passes also required for gym/pool/activities – entertainment passes are not included in your booking.

If you plan on making use the park's newly renovated entertainment complex, then you may purchase entertainment passes from the main reception which will cover your entire stay. This additional charge depends on how many are in your party and how long you stay and when. Please get in touch for more info.

Check in time is 3pm on day of entry and check out time is 10am on day of departure!
