This coastal property is situated at the end of the pretty ‘A’ listed row of cottages, where guests can enjoy sea views across the bay. The central location allows guests to access all amenities on foot. Lamlash offers shops, bars, restaurants, a beach, a golf club, tennis courts, a children’s play park and a pier. The property is also on the bus route, making exploring the island easy. For quieter days, an enclosed patio area to the side of the house is a lovely spot for guests to enjoy reading a book or relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine. The cottage is a lovely village, with nice views. The living room and kitchen are main features of the house. Bathroom could do with updating, there is mould and taps doesn’t turn off! Front door needs repaired and not easy to open or close. Needs some general freshen up of the decor. And to remember when cleaning to look up for the cob webs! But a nice house in great location.
