This spacious detached, all on the level cottage is situated in an elevated position in the island’s main town of Brodick in a quiet secluded location, and boasts stunning views over the water to the mountains. It is a base from which to explore the whole island, even manage a day trip to the Kintyre Peninsula, or stay put and enjoy magnificent sunsets and spectacular night skies. One of the most southerly of the Scottish Isles, Arran encapsulates the grandeur and majesty of Scotland but all packaged within an accessible area 19 miles long by 10 miles wide.
The island has a number of pretty villages on Arran’s stunning coastline which are contrasted by a rugged and mountainous interior in the north. For outdoor lovers, Arran offers mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, sea kayaking, scrambling and more; you can even book an island safari! The Isle of Arran is a place where you can find a little bit of everything you’d ever want from a Scottish island; an ever-changing coastline, dramatic mountain peaks, sheltered beaches, verdant forests, great cultural festivals and a wealth of tasty local produce.

Beautiful location high above the pretty village with amazing views of mountains and the sea. Easy walking distance to facilities.Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and spacious living accommodation.Comfortable and well appointed.The only issue was intermittent Wi-Fi which meant dodgy TV reception.

Fantastic location with the best views of Goatfell and Brodick Bay. Local amenities, shops, restaurants, activities on the doorstep. Large, spacious house, garden, parking, quiet area. A few extras (mirrors in all rooms, possibly teles) and some repairs (bathroom drawers/shower screen) would gain 5 stars but thoughtful games cupboard etc appreciated. Would definitely visit again.
