This delightful cottage, with both river and sea views, sits in a quiet location in the lovely village of Lamlash and has direct access to a sandy beach. With the accommodation all on the level, the cottage boasts fantastic sea views from the living and dining rooms. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar provides ideal cooking facilities, while the three spacious bedrooms consist of two double rooms, one boasting sea views and an ensuite, the other having patio doors to the rear garden, and then a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with shower above.

Riverside Cottage is in a perfect position overlooking the river, with views of the Holy Isle. A short stroll along the sea front takes you to the local shops & bars, which serve amazing food. A very relaxing holiday for us & would thoroughly recommend. This was our second time staying here and unless we go abroad (for the weather), we'll be back again next year.

We really enjoyed our week at the cottage. The views are lovely, especially from the terrace. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful living/dining room full of light. It is in the perfect location to explore the island.

The cottage is in an amazing location, quietly tucked away at the bottom of the beach road with a great enclosed garden with good solid decking and plenty of outdoor furniture. Fantastic views out to sea and over to Holy Isle.The village of Lamlash is really lovely, so pretty and well cared for-gorgeous grass verges with benches to have a rest and look out to sea, a few pubs, hotels, gift shops, cafe's. Perfect for a relaxing stay.There is a couple of little bits of TLC which would enhance your stay, particularly in the kitchen, but the positives outweigh the negatives. Lounge is fabulous, huge windows, lots of comfortable sofas, cushions.Bedrooms-very nice, ultra clean bedding.Bathrooms-again, a little updating would be good but plentiful good white towels, hot water.Excellent WIFI.Information pack would be helpful.We would definitely stay here again.
