This delightful cottage, with both river and sea views, sits in a quiet location in the lovely village of Lamlash and has direct access to a sandy beach. With the accommodation all on the level, the cottage boasts fantastic sea views from the living and dining rooms. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar provides ideal cooking facilities, while the three spacious bedrooms consist of two double rooms, one boasting sea views and an ensuite, the other having patio doors to the rear garden, and then a twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with a bath with shower above.

The cottage is in a great location however can only reiterate some of the previous comments about the house needing some TLC. The outside of the house is great, there is only parking for one car.The washing machine and tumble dryer are not in a porch as stated but in a shared garage with the owner. If you have young children and need to wash regularly this may be off putting.The en suite bathroom has a glass door which is at points see through, this may not suit everyone. Double beds were very comfy but twin bed mattresses may not suit larger people.

I felt the cottage was needing some refurbishment. Quite a lot of things that were needing sorted. It states it has a utility room but basically it’s in an outside garage. Think it could be really nice if it was modernised as it does have a lovely location and the decking is lovely. Just disappointing.

This was a nice house, needing upgraded though. My main concern is that the limited details never told you it wasn't easily accessible for anyone with problems walking. There was 4 stairs to the front and off the patio doors making it impossible to get onto the decking or in/out of house for me. So I spent the week inside the house. I had to pay for internet the first 3 days as it wasn't clear how to access that there was a board up but it was the wrong password. Also out of the 4 tv's only 1 worked, the number we had we called it and the man was very nice but he came and only fixed 1 tv and internet. It was a very comfortable house and clean but needing repairs.
