Cluny lodge had just had new windows and doors fitted before we arrived. Despite this, the house in the main was clean and very comfortable. The down side for me was the additional cost for electricity. We are on a tight budget, knowing what your paying up front, means you don't restrict your comfort.

Very well equipped lodge. Comfortable and cosy. Great location. Water pressure a little low in shower. I understand the requirement for guests to pay for their own electricity, maybe change lighting to LED to help reduce costs and look at some other energy efficient ideas. All in all a great stay.
