We felt privileged to be able to stay in such unique house. We were warmly welcomed by Christmas tree being put up and festive decorations. It made our stay even more special. Lovely house in beautiful location and nice town. We definitely try to go back. Thank you.

We visited Dunvarlich House in September. Two families and grandparents. It was a fantastic experience. It was a great location for walking ( along the river, Corbenic, around the town or to the Birks), mountain biking (Glassie Park) and wild swimming (Loch Tay). We took part in the local Parkrun on Saturday, the locals were lovely. The town has lots of lovely coffee and gift shops. The house itself is like staying in Downtown Abbey or a National Trust property! There is one shower which is fantastic amd a few baths. The views from upstairs are iconic and have to be experienced. There is a record player and tons of vinyl. We discovered a few old favourites. Log burning fires, grand pianos to be played and lots of nooks and crannies!

Our stay was to celebrate a big birthday for me and the house was ideal for the close members of the family. Plenty space for all and the grandchildren loved exploring this lovely interesting old house., as did the adults! Well equipped throughout.Great supply of games and the girls loved the plentiful supply of dressing up clothes.Close to our White Water Rafting experience and the large porch was appreciated when we returned with wet shoes etc!Plenty local shops etc for supplies.Great large garden also well quipped.Lovely owners who made us feel really welcome.Would definitely recommend and hopefully return….
