Guests say

Kenmore Lodge receives high praise for its beautiful location, spacious and well-equipped interiors, and immaculate cleanliness. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, excellent kitchen facilities, and dog-friendly environment. The property is ideally situated for exploring local walks and attractions, with easy access to the village and Loch Tay. Minor drawbacks mentioned include some local amenities being closed on certain days and wooden floors being a bit slippery for dogs. Overall, guests consistently express a desire to return, highlighting the lodge as a standout choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Multiple reviews describe the property as spotlessly clean, pristinely maintained, and well looked after, with no negative comments regarding cleanliness.

The lodge is praised for its beautiful setting, proximity to Kenmore village and Loch Tay, and access to scenic walks. Some mention of local road closures and amenities being shut on certain days, but these are minor compared to the overall positive feedback.

Guests highlight the spaciousness, comfortable beds, quality furnishings, and warmth of the property. The only minor issue raised is the wooden floor being slippery for some dogs.

The lodge is repeatedly described as extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen, with ample crockery, utensils, and entertainment options. Suggestions for larger pans and a tumble dryer are noted but do not detract from the overwhelmingly positive feedback.

Guests appreciate the attention to detail, such as games, hairdryers, and dog-friendly features. While small touches are mentioned, there is no reference to gifts, so guests should note that such extras are not guaranteed.

We really loved our stay in Kenmore Lodge, the house is well equipped and comfortable, and makes a great base for exploring the area. The Ferryman's Inn and Courtyard Bar are both within 25 mins walk, are dog friendly, and serve good food. There are amazing walks from the door, such as Kenmore Hill and Black Rock viewpoint, but other beauty spots like Glencoe are less than 2 hours away. The views over Loch Tay and into the woodland surrounding the house were beautiful, and the house having bedrooms below and living space on the top floor really make the most of this. The only slight downside for us was that the wooden floor was a bit slippy for both our dogs and could present an issue for a dog with joint problems etc., however, keeping them calm helped this. We would absolutely come back to Kenmore Lodge in future.

A wonderful spacious lodge. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The open plan dining/kitchen/ living area feels huge and has quality cooking facilities. Bedrooms & bathroom facilities equally impressive with one en-suite, one bathroom with shower & one upstairs toilet. Short walk into Kenmore but suitable for most. Certainly one of the best places we’ve rented & would return without question. Excellent.
