The Quaich on the outskirts of Fearnan is an immaculately presented, end-terraced holiday home in an unrivalled setting, with panoramic views over Loch Tay and the surrounding countryside. Relax with friends and family in the upstairs, spacious, contemporary accommodation. This is a lovely, bright space, ideal for relaxing in after active days out - or head out onto the balcony to enjoy watching the world go by. Immerse yourself in this magnificent location, cosy up on the comfortable sofa and relish a little peace and quiet. The well-equipped kitchen area is part of the living space, there is also a toilet upstairs.
Three fabulously presented bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master king size bedroom has loch and mountain views and an en-suite shower room. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with zip and link beds which can be made into a super king size on request, and one with an en-suite shower room. There is a separate bathroom with an over-bath shower and toilet.
Across the road from The Quaich, on the shores of Loch Tay, guests have access to a grassed area and shingle beach, and an added attraction is that the house has fishing rights (in season).
Loch Tay is the largest loch in Perthshire, offering stunning views across its length and breadth. Sailing, canoeing, and boat hire are all available locally, and Highland Safari boat cruises on Loch Tay are available from Kenmore.
For the energetic, there are seven munros within 10 miles, including Ben Lawers (Perthshire’s highest mountain) and Shiehallion. Fearnan sits at one end of the Tummel Forest Park and provides a variety of trails for leisurely walks, mountain biking and pony trekking. For golf lovers there are two courses at Kenmore, and Gleneagles is within driving distance. Glasgow and Edinburgh are within a 2-hour drive.
The Quaich offers guests the perfect base to retreat to after a busy day exploring this spectacular area, by car, on foot or bike. Nestled on the banks of Loch Tay, you are surrounded by fantastic views and scenery, making The Quaich a true gem. Shop, pub, and restaurant 2 miles.

Really good loction next to main road but it was not that busy. Loch just across the road and great views from the balcony. Well equiped and had everything needed. Only thing missing for us was an outside tap to wash the mud off after walks but just lft them in the car instead

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful self-catering accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how clean, bright, and spacious the house was. It’s truly a home away from home.The decor is stylish yet welcoming, and the large windows let in so much natural light, making the space feel airy and relaxing. With three comfortable bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind.The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and everything we needed was at our fingertips, which made cooking and dining in a real pleasure. The living area was cosy and comfortable, perfect for evenings in after a day exploring.The location is absolutely stunning, with the most calming and breathtaking view down Loch Tay. We spent our days swimming in the loch and enjoyed a visit to the nearby Crannog – a fascinating and fun outing.This place truly offered us the most relaxing and peaceful break we've had in a long time. We can’t wait to return!
