This country home is situated in its own private grounds with plenty to explore straight from the doorstep. The surrounding countryside is the perfect place to wander and ramble, discover wild habitats or follow the Dean Water through the rugged Perthshire hills. A mile down the road sits the pleasant village of Meigle, where you'll find a coffee shop and museum. Or head further afield to the outskirts of the Cairngorms National Park (20 miles) for some beautiful walks.

Inside the property, you'll find plenty to inspire a holiday story or two. The beautiful drawing room with its open fire, antique piano, and bay windows, the formal dining room set for a banquet and the reception hall are perfectly designed and laid out for a special occasion. For quieter times, a writing room and additional sitting room with views overlooking the grounds are close by. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with AGA and pantry. The bedrooms are all arranged in suites with their own names, there are 10 rooms/suites in total. All of the bedrooms have been lovingly decorated, with beautiful period features and special touches.

The outside area of this house is just as magnificent as the interior, with a formal garden, landscaped lawns, a woodland area, and even a 200 year-old elm tree to sit under with a book on sunny days.
