We spent our holiday at Dalvanie Mill Cottage from 20st to 27th December, celebrating Christmas there, and I honestly don’t have enough words to thank our host, Bob — he is truly an exceptional host.The cottage itself is absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding area is unbelievably stunning. Our entire stay was relaxed, peaceful, and everything we had hoped for.The children especially loved the wood burner and Christmas tree and everything the cottage had to offer. It was their first time staying in a village and in a traditional cottage, and they had never experienced anything like it before — we all were completely fascinated.I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a special, relaxing getaway, with a hot tub, excellent facilities, and the chance to truly enjoy nature, wellbeing, and a magical Christmas experience.

Wow. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax in a comfortable cottage with beautiful scenery on your doorstep. This is the place for you. As a family we have been going to Dalvanie Mill for well over 10 years and love the peaceful location and stunning location next to Cairngorm National Park. Last week we walked many miles to Aughavan, Auchentaple loch, visited the Glenshee cafe and Glenisla Hotel. Enjoy your stay.
