Set within a 1500-acre private estate at the entrance to Glenshee, Easter Lodge is a grand Edwardian retreat on the edge of the Cairngorms National Park, perfect for up to 24 guests.

The house features a magnificent wood-panelled hall, elegant drawing room, cosy study, and a spacious games room with billiard table, table tennis, log burner, and TV. Fires are laid daily, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dining room seats 18 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen with AGA, electric oven, and gas hob makes entertaining effortless, whether self-catered or with private chefs.

Upstairs, there are six bedrooms on the first floor and a further five on the second, offering a variety of sizes and configurations, all designed for comfort and character.

Outside, the expansive grounds include tennis courts, croquet, and access to the River Blackwater for fishing and wild swims.

Easter Lodge lies at the heart of a 1500-acre private estate in the Perthshire Hills, offering a calming escape surrounded by nature. Guests are welcome to explore the working farm and landscaped grounds, which include a tennis court, lawns, and scenic walking paths.

Trout fishing is available just a few steps from the house, with two boats provided, and salmon fishing can be arranged on the estate’s River Blackwater, as well as the nearby Ericht, Isla, and Tay rivers.

The nearby Cairngorms National Park offers striking mountain views, excellent walking routes, and seasonal skiing, while the surrounding Strathmore region is home to several top-tier golf courses.

Historic attractions such as Glamis, Blair Atholl, and Balmoral Castles are all within easy reach. Perth and Dundee are less than an hour away and Edinburgh Airport can be reached by car in just over an hour.
