Located just outside the village of Kinloch Rannoch, the holiday complex is surrounded by hills and native pine forests that attract an abundance of wildlife, including pine martens, red deer, and otters. You might even spot red squirrels darting across the gardens from time to time. For a scenic train journey, the West Highland Line route from Rannoch Station (16 miles) to Mallaig is hard to beat, and if you’re planning an action-packed holiday, you’ll be spoilt for choice in the local area. Whether your preferred outdoor pursuit is walking, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, or white-water rafting, you’ll find what you’re looking for here.

Warm tones and soft lighting set the scene inside, where an open-plan living space brings together a neat kitchen, dining table for six people, and a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, and games table. Patio doors lead from here into a light-filled conservatory, which is a lovely spot to sit and admire the view across the loch. On a clear night, you’ll be treated to a spectacular display of stars, and you might even catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll have a choice of two double bedrooms, each with zip-and-link beds that can be made up as twins if preferred. A king size sofa bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping space if needed. Private sauna. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for extra convenience, while a family bathroom completes the set-up.

While there is no outdoor space at the property, you’ll have access to the shared grounds and woodland paths. Parking is available in the site's shared car park, first-come, first-served.
