The apartment was not cleaned prior to arrival therefore we were delayed entry till around 730pm. The general cleanliness of the apartment was not great, bathrooms with mouldy grouting, dusting and overall it looked like the company cleaning just done the minimum which meant that there was a build up of long term cleanliness issues. Rooms are very dark due to the high windows and configuration of the rooms. Would be ok for a night or two but not longer as it is very clostaphobic and noisy from the main road. Furnishings and finish was very nivece and luxurious shame about the cleanliness.

We loved the location of the Kinross residence and we were delighted with the property. It was very well equipped with very good quality furnishing and kitchen equipment. We had a very nice break here. It is in a perfect place to explore Fife, Perthshire etc. Four stars due to having to locate (with no instructions) the keys, in a different village was not ideal and annoying. We would have found it helpful if the electric switches had been labelled, there were so many of them and we did not know what they were for! Clock needed a battery.
