Clochridgestone Cottage is highly praised for its picturesque setting, spaciousness, and modern amenities. Guests appreciate the stunning views, well-equipped kitchen, and the added comfort of a conservatory. The property is ideal for families and those seeking a peaceful retreat, though some may find the beds firm and the floors squeaky.
The cottage is consistently described as impeccably clean, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable stay.
The location is celebrated for its beautiful views and tranquility, though it may not suit those looking for proximity to shops and restaurants. The directions could be improved, but the scenic surroundings compensate for this minor inconvenience.
Overall, the cottage is found to be comfortable and well laid out. However, a preference for softer mattresses and the mention of squeaky floors suggest room for improvement in this category.
The property boasts modern equipment, multiple bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. The presence of a utility room is a bonus for families. The lack of a hair-dryer is noted, but does not significantly detract from the overall high standard of facilities.
While guests have mentioned a generous welcome pack, as gifts are not guaranteed, it is important to note that such thoughtful gestures, although appreciated, may not be a consistent offering.

We had the best time in this cottage and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone, including families. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves here, particularly the garden area. The view was gorgeous and the children loved watching the cows and sheep each day. Thank you to the kind owners.

A real cottage with a modern equipment, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and two living rooms. Both living rooms have fire place. From the cottage you have nice view about the landscape with hills and sheeps. The timings of heating system can be configured on the personal needs.

If you enjoy a holiday location away the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is for you. If you want to be close to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, you'll be disappointed. We prefer the former, so this was an ideal location. The cottage is really spacious, well laid out and comfortable. Just one minor issue on that though. The beds are too hard for my liking, but I like a soft mattress, so that's just my preference. The only thing it didn't have that my wife would have liked is a hair-dryer.The location is a great base for exploring Fife, Perthshire and its surroundings, or sitting and relaxing in the conservatory or on the patio.I could easily live in this cottage. One thing to note. The directions provided only went as far as Glenfarg village, which won't help you find the cottage. I had already used a well-known online map though, dropped the little man where I thought it was located and set up the satnav using coordinates. Luckily, it was the right place.
