Guests consistently praise its cleanliness, comfortable beds, powerful showers, and large garden. The property is well located for day trips to local attractions and offers a homely atmosphere. While some furnishings and décor are a little dated and a few maintenance issues have been noted, the overall experience is positive. Occasional welcome gifts have been appreciated, though these are not guaranteed.

Multiple reviews highlight the property as clean, with spotless bathrooms and well-kept bedrooms. Only rare minor issues are mentioned, indicating a high standard of cleanliness overall.

The cottage is praised for its peaceful village location, proximity to Dunkeld, Pitlochry, and other attractions, and suitability as a base for exploring the area. Some mention the remote setting, but this is generally seen as a positive.

Guests find the house spacious, warm, and comfortable, with excellent beds and bedding. However, several reviews note that some lounge furniture and mattresses are dated or too soft, which affects comfort for some guests.

The property is well equipped with kitchenware, powerful showers, and a large dining area. Some maintenance issues are noted, such as worn sofas, small or damaged pots, and occasional problems with hot water or appliances, but these do not detract significantly from the overall experience.

Nice bungalow. Old fashioned in decoration but fine for a short stay

Bit disappointed. Lovely area. Good instruction. The place is a little dated but nice and clean. However one of the sofas really needs replacing and the same with the master bedroom bed. Plus the garden was smaller than we thought and had an alley way run beside and behind it. Which as the area is quiet is ok but not mentioned in the description

Remote location and the cafe is permanently closed. The cottage itself is great, very roomy and well equipped. Lovely big garden and secure for dogs.On the negative side the mattress's leave a lot to be desired!Overall we had a lovely holiday here, no hesitation in recommending the cottage.
